Meet Yolanda Barreto! Yolanda is also in the NCAL and Shadow Chasers, as well as several other local art organizations. She studied art at the Puerto Rico Culture Institute and Fine Arts via a program called "Express Art A Todo Rincon" that was accessible to disadvantaged communities.
To Yolanda, the journey of creating art is more fulfilling than the final product. She believes she is blessed by the Almighty with the opportunity to create, so creating art is her way of worshiping God.
