Larry Whidden Sculpture

Yale O'Leary Whidden, known as Larry Whidden, was a prominent figure in metal sculpture, celebrated both locally and internationally for his expressive creations. In 2023, Larry's family made a generous donation of several sculptures to the Hernando County Fine Arts Council, ensuring that his artwork will be publicly displayed and enjoyed for years to come.

His beautiful Sandhill Crane sculpture has found a perfect home in the Nature Coast Botanical Gardens, located at 1489 Parker Ave. in Spring Hill.
