Application Instructions

Please read the instructions carefully before beginning the application process.

1. Fees:
12 x 20’ Multi-Full Service Menu $300
12 x 12’ Single Menu Service $200
115V 20 AMP $25
Electrical hook-up 220v $40
Fees are non-refundable.

2. A copy of the menu to be used at our event is to be provided with your application. (This is a Pepsi only park.)

3. Provide both a photo and the dimensions of your truck or booth.

4. Proof of insurance will be required on acceptance.

5. Security will be provided from 7 pm to 7 am Friday and Saturday.

By filling out this application, you agree that you wish to participate as a food vendor at the 36th Annual Art in the Park event. and agree to adhere to all electrical, fire, health department and other codes, be they city, county, state or federal.

Acceptance of Terms and Release *
By submitting this application, I signify that I understand and will adhere to the following: I understand that proof of insurance will be required on acceptance. I understand that fees are non-refundable. I understand that uncivil behavior or breach of professional decorum will be cause for immediate expulsion from festival grounds. I hereby grant the Hernando County Fine Arts Council permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the HCFAC and will not be returned. I agree to indemnify and hold Hernando County Fine Arts Council, the City of Brooksville, Hernando County and their employees and volunteers harmless from any and all claims made against the Hernando County Art in the Park Festival, including without limitations all costs, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages or reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with (i) any structures erected by me, (ii) any apparatus, equipment, or personal property used by me, (iii) any act or omission by me, my agent, invitees, participants, representatives, employees, servants and agents, and (iv) any claims made on account or resulting from my participation in this event.
