Sticks & Stones: Full Story Edition uses poetry and prose to share the story of my experience working in a toxic work environment with themes of mental health, suicide, love, and heartbreak and also finding out that I was diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder. It seeks to help anyone heal from any pain that is pulling them under and help them gather all the sticks and stones they have faced, and instead rise above. Chelsea DeVries is available for poetry readings and corporate events to discuss the importance of mental health in the workplace.
