Sue Beach
Artist Bio
Sue Beach is from Buffalo, NY, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Art Education and Master of Art Education degrees from SUNY Buffalo State College. She taught art in Kansas City and the Buffalo area for 33 years. She creates drawings and paintings in a wide variety of media and styles.
Sue has exhibited her work in Brooksville, Dunedin, and Spring Hill, Florida, as well as Philadelphia. Her art work has won Best of Show for ”Monochromatic Minis” and the Dakota Art Pastels Award for” Possibilities in Pastel” in Dunedin, and Second Place for ”The First-Ever Art in the Park Contest” sponsored by the Hernando County Fine Arts Council. She enjoys membership in the Brandywine River Museum of Art, Dunedin Fine Art Center, Florida Watercolor Society, Nature Coast Art League, and the Pastel Society of Tampa Bay. She gladly welcomes commissions.
