As the Brooksville Woman's Club celebrates their 115th anniversary serving Hernando County, they are seeking nominations for the next round of "Life Palette" paintings! These paintings honor women (past and present) who have made a lasting, positive impact on our community. Nominations are due by August 27.

Local artists will be commissioned to create “Life Palette” paintings for the selected nominees, which will be unveiled at Hernando Park on October 18 during the City of Brooksville Founders' Week.

Know a person in Hernando's past or present whose achievements have permanently bettered Hernando County? Nom them at www.hernandosun.com before August 27!

Submit your nominee with a description of her accomplishments, along with any awards or recognition she has received (250 word limit). A photo should also be included.
