Call to Artists: Mobile Mural Program

Project Description: Artists! Brooksville Main Street invites you to create an original artwork for our 7th round of the Mobile Mural Program– 'Dreamscapes.' This installment will be a part of Brooksville Main Street's Multicultural Festival taking place on October 7, 2023. Selected artists are required to participate in this event.
Artists are asked to paint their interpretation of a dreamscape, whether this be a picture of their idea of utopia, or a wild scene from their imagination. Share with us your visions of nature, humanity, reality, fantasy, and creativity... Share your landscape of the mind! Paint us your dreamscape and give us a look into your imagination. Details :
Artists are paid $12 per square foot ($420 - $900)
Mural sizes are 5’ x 15’, 6’ x 10’, and 5’ x7’
Sketches are recommended, but not required
Selected artists are required to participate in the unveiling event on October 7.
Ths call to artists closes on July 31.

Monday, July 31 - Deadline to apply at 5 PM
Friday, August 4 - Artists notified
Week of August 7 - Artists pick up tarps
Week of September 29 - Artists drop off tarps
October 7 - Murals in the Park Event Day
